Not the most secure, but it is a start:<br \/>\nuid = root<br \/>\ngid = root<br \/>\nuse chroot = no<br \/>\nmax connections = 4<br \/>\nhosts allow 192.168.0.4<br \/>\nsyslog facility = local5<br \/>\npid file = \/var\/run\/rsyncd.pid<\/p>\n<p>[opt]<br \/>\n        path = \/opt<br \/>\n        comment = Opt directory<\/p>\n<p>[home]<br \/>\n        path = \/home<br \/>\n        comment = Home directory<\/p>\n<p>[varwww]<br \/>\n        path = \/var\/www<br \/>\n        comment = Web directories<\/p>\n<p>[varspoolmail]<br \/>\n        path = \/var\/spool\/mail<br \/>\n        comment = Mail spool directory<\/p>\n<p>How to initate and update any changes while preserving modification times, owner, and group.
